If a state require a real educated energy with quality, it is of course they must have high education. Its(the advance a state, can seen in process of development of the state. Development process is processing development, that is a increasing change process and dynamic, hence education shall be able to form or creates energy which can follow and entangles x'self in process of development of progress of nation, state, and fatherland. Hence, equally education hardly relating to progress a nation.
