Anger

Have you been angry ?, I think all of the people have ever felt angry. There are many things and situation which can make you feel annoyed or disturb for you. Usually we will feel disappointed and angry if we cannot get what we want.
Actually many things and situation which can make you angry. If you see your reaction in your life, you can find many reasons why you lose your composure. We can see the anger of the people in what way they are talking, the face expression, and their voice.
The anger is beginning in your heart. And then, it can influence in your thinking. You must be sure that the anger is the bad thing which must be vanished from your heart and your thinking. Anger is such an emotion or bad feeling that can cause many suffering in the world and in your life too. The anger cannot make you very happy. If you get angry, your heart feels so hot. If you feel it, you will know that the anger can make you very suffer.
Anger can make you suffer. If you keep anger and do not want to bridle that, you will keep life in fluctuate condition. Every time you will be annoyed and feel anger, your heart will be more and more burnt. And every time you will not be happy, you will be very suffer.
Anger can be endangering for your physical health. Anger can disturb your health, it also can appear many diseases like high blood pressure, liver, and cancer.
You must keep composure in your thinking. The peaceful and the peace thinking will be profitable for your health and your mind too. We can be more healthy, happier, and life will be significant. Your composure thinking will be visible in your face and your attitude. If you can do that, you will become a patient and good human. Many friends will always like and love you.
